Into the depths of the seas we go in search of an exotic medley of organic fruit on a bed of locally grown herbs with notes of currant, rosehip, and fennel. Enjoy making this tea as it turns pink and blue while you steep, but the longer you steep the darker it gets and you may find yourself in the Black Lagoon.
Cold brewing instructions: place 5 grams in a 1L mason jar. Fill with cold water and place in the fridge for 30 minutes to 2 hours. Strain, sweeten and serve.
Ingredients: anise, licorice, fennel, currants, rosehips, blue butterfly pea, hibiscus, star anise, jasmine.
