The sweet, spicy aroma of cinnamon mingles with chai spices in this bold black tea blend. Warm, fragrant, and entirely too charming, Botanicult Chai is autumn in a cup, with considerably less leaf-raking.

Give it plenty of milk and sugar for a rich, comforting brew. Prefer your plot less creamy? A lighter infusion lets the distinct cinnamon character take the lead, carrying beautifully without milk. Milk is optional. A little drama is not.

Best enjoyed on a crisp fall day with a good book, a questionable old sci-fi film, and the reassuring belief that the enormous plant in the corner is probably harmless.

Ingredients

Black tea*, sunflower petals*, calendula petals*, cinnamon, vanilla extract.

Brewing

Use 1 teaspoon (3 g) per 200 mL cup. Infuse at 80°C for 2–3 minutes. The label indicates up to two infusions per cup. Add milk and sugar to taste, or enjoy a lighter infusion without milk.
